Job summary
Une entreprise leader dans le transport propose un stage de Conseiller Client à Le Bourget. Les candidats devront accompagner les clients à distance, répondre à leurs demandes et assurer un suivi proactif des envois. Ce poste nécessite une formation minimum Bac +3 en commerce international et un bon niveau d'anglais (B2). Les candidats performants bénéficieront de réelles opportunités d'évolution. Le stage dure 5 à 6 mois, avec un début prévu pour avril 2026.
Qualifications
- En cours de formation minimum Bac +3, de préférence en commerce international.
- Première expérience sur un point de vente appréciée (stage, job d'été).
Responsibilities
- Accompagner et conseiller les clients à distance.
- Contacter les agences DHL à travers le monde pour obtenir des informations.
- Effectuer un suivi proactif des envois de certains clients.
- Recueillir et synthétiser des informations pour qualifier le fichier client.
