As we continue to grow in key European markets, including France, we’re seeking a French-speaking Sales Director to own and drive revenue across this region.

This role is for you if you…
  • Have 8+ years of experience in B2B sales , with a strong track record in SaaS and consultative selling.
  • Are very senior in the French retail and e‑commerce landscape — you understand market dynamics, key players, buying cycles, and what drives value for retailers and brands in France.
  • Speak and write fluent French (native or near-native) — this is non‑negotiable.
  • Have proven experience leading complex enterprise and mid-market deals end-to-end, from pipeline build to close.
  • Have consistently hit and exceeded revenue targets in competitive markets.
  • Are a strategic thinker who can translate customer pain into business outcomes and long-term partnerships.
  • Are comfortable working fully remote and async, using tools like HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, and modern sales enablement stacks.
  • Are a self‑starter who thrives on ownership, pace, and building something bigger than yourself.

The work you’ll do…

As a Sales Director at Publitas, you will own revenue growth in France, focusing on new business and market expansion. In more detail :

  • Own the French market: build and execute a high‑impact go-to-market strategy for retail and e‑commerce customers across France.
  • Drive new ARR: manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close — with a strong focus on value‑based selling.
  • Build a healthy pipeline: consistently generate and develop qualified opportunities in close collaboration with Marketing.
  • Lead complex deals: navigate multi‑stakeholder buying committees and win high‑value enterprise and mid‑market customers.
  • Be the retail / e‑commerce expert in France: bring sharp market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to shape our positioning and approach.
  • Partner with Customer Success: ensure clean handovers, align on expansion opportunities, and keep the customer journey tight.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product and Marketing to improve product‑market fit and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Forecast accurately and communicate clearly on performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Represent Publitas externally: at key French retail events, customer meetings, and industry moments where it matters.
