Missions

- Réalisation, mise en forme et mise à jour de nombreux documents commerciaux sur powerpoint : appel d’offre, avis de valeur, rapport de commercialisation, dossier immeuble …

- Préparation des réunions Equipe PMS Paris, suivi reporting de tableaux divers (offres, demandes, visites) et des réunions opportunités

- Facturation : Area (partie transaction), People Soft (partie facture).

- Gestion et suivi des mandats : version papier et électronique sur Adobe Sign

- Tâches administratives : brochages dossiers, gestion du courrier, gestion des agendas, réservations salles de réunion…

Ce poste vous attire ? Voici le profil que nous recherchons

- Vous disposez de 3 années minimum d’expérience dans l’assistanat, idéalement dans le secteur de l'immobilier d'entreprise.

- Vous faites preuve de réactivité, de rigueur, d’autonomie, f

- Vous êtes doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel, d’un grand sens de l’organisation et aimez vous positionner comme «facilitateur»

- Vous appréciez le travail en équipe.

- Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office, Area, PeopleSoft
