- Assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate information.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system for ongoing quality assessment.
- Collaborate with your team to enhance the customer service experience and streamline processes.
- Participate in training and professional development to stay up to date on products and services.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to management for service enhancements.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to adapt to various customer scenarios.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
- A willingness to commit to relocation and embrace a new culture.
