An international engineering company based in Madrid is seeking an HR&GS Manager for their Algeria Project. The role involves overseeing HR operations, managing employee mobility, and ensuring regulatory compliance. For our Algeria Project we are looking to incorporate an HR&GS Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of HR operations at site, that including : International and Domestic Mobility, Labour Compliance, Personnel and Control Administration, General services at site. This role manages and ensures the smooth execution of TR company HR policies, regulatory compliance, and seamless HR service delivery to support business objectives.
Additionally, this role will lead and coordinate a team of HR and GS professionals , ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with business needs.Coordination with equivalent positions of our JV partner
Availability to be relocated to Hassi Messaoud Camp.
