We are looking for a Technology Specialist specialized in Mobile DevOps to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team.

As a Mobile DevOps Technology Specialist, you will be working on the mobile technology powering the Nespresso business, both on eCommerce and IoT landscapes. You will work in a direct-to-customer context with significant volumes and traffic and a very rich feature offering, being part a of large development organization with direct impact to the online business.

As a central part of the software engineering community, you will bring deep technical expertise and knowledge to the product team, being part of the technical reference team for Nespresso mobile applications, focusing on the release process and DevOps practices and tools. You will guide and promote optimal use of process and technology to support the cost-effective delivery of business requirements within the area of expertise.

As a Mobile DevOps Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the release process of our mobile applications, ensuring smooth and efficient publication to various app stores. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the release cycle and improve the overall quality of our mobile applications, leveraging with DevOps tools and practices while improving them.

In This Role, You Will :

• Drive our near shore partner team of DevOps engineers.
• Implement and maintain release automation tools and processes necessary for the continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring of our mobile applications.
• Ensure synchronization of release squads / teams contents with squads developers and scrum master / delivery coordinators.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to understand release requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
• Monitor and troubleshoot release-related issues, working closely with the development and DevOps teams to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with app store teams to ensure compliance with their guidelines and requirements, as well as Nespresso security standards for mobile applications.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile application release management and DevOps.

What We´re Looking For :

• Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Release Engineer, DevOps engineer or similar role, specifically in the mobile application domain.
• Strong knowledge of mobile application development and release processes for iOS and Android platforms.
• Proficiency in using release automation tools, such as Jenkins, Fastlane, or similar.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Knowledge of mobile app signing and provisioning processes.
• Familiarity with app store submission and review processes.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Effectively communicates in English at different levels in the organization.
