Role Responsibilities
- Lead projects from the art side, manage and mentor assigned artists
- Review graphic materials to assess validity and appropriateness
- Ensure every visual aspect of a game is well thought through and of the highest quality
- Follow production standards, identify process improvements
- Oversee development to ensure the final product exceeds expectations
Candidate Requirements
- Experience on AAA games or Mobile AAA
- At least 3 years as an Art Director in mobile, console, or casino games
- Proficiency with Art tools like Adobe CC, Spine, Zbrush, Maya
- Strong drawing skills
- Excellent artistic judgment
