Dar soporte técnico al Director de Calidad en la implantación, seguimiento y control del sistema APPCC en las áreas de F&B del hotel, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa de seguridad alimentaria y la excelencia operativa en cocina, almacenes y puntos de servicio.
