We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Retention Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility is to proactively engage with existing LATAM clients to increase loyalty, drive repeat business, and reduce churn. You will manage client relationships, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to ensure long-term satisfaction and value.
Ideal candidates are fluent in both Spanish and English and have experience in the Forex / Fintech or iGaming industries. The role involves client calls (90%), handling emails, meetings, working with CRM systems, and collaborating with the retention team to optimize engagement strategies.
This is a full-time remote position (5/2) in the Spain time zone (UTC+1 / UTC+2).
