Robotic Process Automation Support & Maintenance responsibility is to support tickets raised by Delivery team on Break Fix, Change Request & Enhancement for Robots implemented in the processes as per business requirement and within the timeline provided by the project Manager using the Solution design provided by the Technical solution Architect leveraging on existing or new Software as per HP Inc IT guidelines. The role requires due diligence capability, high skilled on Automation skill sets, good communication to interact with Executives from business and from internal organization as well as to have good judgement on when to escalate and follow up the escalation to closure. The Prime responsibility of this role is to deliver the RPA Module that he is responsible to develop within the specified deadlines.

• Ability to turn high-level requirements into a working system through iterative development.
• Strong design and development foundation of applications and Solid understanding of methodologies, technology and platforms that support design.
• Be flexible to adapt to changing requirements.
• Communicate to colleagues or customers during the product development to make sure it fits design.
• Responsible for the different facets of the tool/application development process including: research, design, programming and testing.
• Perform due diligence and assessment of business processes to short-select target processes ideal for automation.
• Strong group facilitation skills.
• Program new tools and automations using programming languages and available platforms to deliver operations efficiencies according to the Product Life Cycle Supply Chain business.
• Identify opportunities to expand the deployment of existing productivity tools, proactively research for new tools and automations in operations within area of responsibility.
• Support all tools and automations after delivery according to the established Automations Support.
• Generate new capabilities and ideas/platforms/languages of IT improvements.
• Able to develop Automation using Robotic Automation software.
• Understand business requirements and help translate the same into design.
• Facilitate improvement in coding to ensure optimum performance solution.
• Participate in design discussions and implement design as per Technical Solution Architect recommendation.
• Able to build API's for RPA Automation requirement.
• Able to SQL, ACCESS, VBA ..NET in Automation desirable.
• Able to understand SAP and use RPA to automate SAP.

• Excellent understanding of current Robotic Process Automation (RPA) products and technology & upcoming trends in RPA technology landscape.
• Experience in product development environments is desirable.
• 5+ years of professional services experience preferably on automation and/or integration projectsC# , Java, html, css.
• Microsoft Technology (VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services).
• Scripting languages (e.g., python, perl, powershell, bash, vbs, etc.).
• Knowledge of SAP is critical and desirable.
