Overview

IT Analyst

The Information Technology department is looking for an IT Analyst. He / She will be responsible for supporting IT Services and Project Management.

The candidate will provide the best IT solutions and related IT projects support. In addition, the IT Analyst will be the liaison between company departments, IT partners, and the main internal contact for the projects.

Responsibilities

• Understanding the needs of Business Areas in order to identify and specify technical solutions to support.
• Analyzes and performs problem solving and resolution on simple issues. Escalates problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician.
• Coordinate testing cycles and support of incidents of Business Areas.
• Gathering feedback from end users to continue improving systems.
• Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions.

Qualifications

Requirements :

• Undergraduate degree, preferably in engineering or IT.
• High level of written and spoken English and Spanish-
• 3 years of experience in IT projects related to software development in Technology or Consulting companies, or IT departments.
• Strong technical background : Microsoft technologies (.net, SQL Server, Azure Devops…), web development (Java, API rest) and cloud computing.
• Experience in agile software development life-cycles.
