Join our MMST ITSM Platform team as an ITSM Engineer, where you will play a key role in the configuration, development, and support of our IT Service Management (ITSM) tool – Ivanti Neurons. You will work in a dynamic technical support environment, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure our ITSM platform meets the evolving needs of the business.

• Configure, develop, and support the Ivanti Neurons ITSM system.
• Integrate ITSM solutions with other enterprise systems and tools.
• Define and implement ITSM processes based on ITIL best practices.
• Act as a liaison between MediaMarktSaturn and third-party tool vendors, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
• Drive strategic planning for standardization and continuous improvement of the ITSM environment.
• Design, develop, and maintain service offering and reporting solutions within the ITSM platform.
• Maintain and support existing applications, databases, and interfaces related to ITSM.
• Ensure all development work adheres to agile methodologies and company standards.
• Produce custom documentation and procedures as needed.
• Collaborate as a technical team member on IT projects, supporting onboarding and integration of new products and services.
• Participate in installation, development, documentation, migration, and performance tuning of the ITSM architecture.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for ITSM tooling within the organization.
• Continuously learn and stay updated on Ivanti Neurons and related ITSM technologies.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with ITSM tools (e.g., Ivanti Neurons, ServiceNow, Cherwell, BMC Remedy).
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices (ITIL).
• Experience with system integration, configuration, and support.
• High proficiency in office applications (MS Excel, Word, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of databases (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle).
• Experience with HTML, XML, and web services.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

• ITIL certification or formal ITSM training.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and writing SQL queries.
• Previous experience working with Ivanti Neurons specifically.
