We're looking for a Data Analyst who can turn raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive product improvements, growth initiatives, and operational efficiency. In this role, you will partner with Product, Growth, Operations, and Leadership to transform complex datasets into meaningful narratives that guide decision-making across the company.

You'll have the autonomy to shape our analytical frameworks, influence key metrics, and help define how data is used inside a fast-growing business.

• Enable Product, Growth, and Operations teams to make informed, evidence-based decisions.
• Design and maintain key metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and feature adoption to identify opportunities and bottlenecks.

• Work closely with leadership to establish success criteria for strategic initiatives.
• Partner with multiple teams on ad-hoc analyses that clarify performance and shape company strategy.
• Communicate insights clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Clean, transform, and structure large datasets for accuracy and usability.
• Help improve data reliability and documentation across the organization.

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel and Google Cloud.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker.
• Experience in handling large datasets and performing data cleaning, transformation, and aggregation
• Ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
