One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior AI Engineer (Generative AI Focus) in Madrid.

As a Senior AI Engineer (Generative AI Focus), you will lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge generative AI solutions. Your focus will be on fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), building intelligent automation workflows, and deploying AI-powered solutions that transform business processes. You will be involved in prototyping new AI capabilities, conducting AI audits, and integrating these solutions into existing systems, ensuring that AI technologies add tangible value to clients. This role requires a strong technical background in AI, with a particular emphasis on generative models and automation.

Accountabilities:

1. Conduct AI audits to identify potential use cases and provide technical recommendations that align with business goals.
2. Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, and Mistral to meet specific client needs.
3. Develop and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, chatbots, and conversational agents that enhance customer interactions.
4. Automate complex workflows using RPA tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, UiPath) to improve operational efficiency.
5. Integrate AI with business systems (ERP, CRM, APIs, databases), ensuring seamless data flow and enhanced functionality.
6. Monitor the performance of deployed solutions and continuously optimize and improve them to meet evolving needs.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in generative AI and a strong foundation in Python.
2. Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Mistral, Claude) and frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, PyTorch, and Transformers.
3. Proficient in API development and system integration (RESTful APIs, webhooks).
4. Familiar with MLOps, cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
5. Knowledge of data security and compliance in AI solutions.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a proactive mindset with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
