The Green Recruitment Company is in the search of a Project Manager, where you’ll play a key role in managing and coordinating purchasing activities for Civil, Electrical, and other construction services integral to setting up wind turbines. RFQ and Negotiations: Issue and manage Request for Quotations (RFQs), negotiate commercial terms (e.g., price, payment milestones, securities), and operational conditions for Civil and Electrical Construction Services (Balance of Plant Works).
Supplier Management: Establish, evaluate, and develop a qualified supplier base, maintaining procurement records of quoted and purchased services.
Strategic Purchasing: Develop and implement purchasing strategies, including cost estimations during project sales phases.
Contract Management: Review, negotiate, and establish framework purchasing agreements with suppliers.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and assess contractual risks, developing effective prevention and control strategies.
Operational Efficiency: Handle multiple quotes and orders simultaneously, prioritizing based on schedule demands.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Actively manage relationships with tender, sales, and construction teams, aligning purchasing goals with project targets.
Process Improvement: Standardize and enhance procurement tools and processes across global markets.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on achievements, challenges, and risks.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Civil or Electrical).
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in procurement and supplier negotiations, ideally in the Civil or Renewable Energy sector.
