Formación

  • Experiencia comprobada como Gerente de Asociaciones en mercados de habla hispana.
  • Fluidez en español e inglés es obligatoria.

As an Experienced Affiliates/Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering strategic partnerships in the Spanish and LATAM region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to our overall expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Experienced in acquiring, managing, and scaling affiliate partnerships, particularly within the trading and financial education space. Proven track record of leveraging KOL networks and industry relationships to drive business growth and strategic collaborations.
  2. Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, potential clients, and emerging opportunities in the Spanish-speaking regions.
  3. Analyse competitive landscapes and market dynamics to formulate effective business development strategies.
  4. Identify, engage, and establish relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry leaders.
  7. Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  8. Leverage your existing network to generate business leads and opportunities.
  9. Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients and affiliates.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an Affiliates/Partnerships Manager in a related industry (finance, fintech, technology), with a successful track record of generating business in Spanish-speaking markets.
  2. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  3. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  5. Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
  6. Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  7. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.
  8. Bachelor's degree in a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
