As a Web Tech Lead, you will ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our systems while actively contributing with code, configurations, and coordinating a delivery team. The goal is to have ownership of the full source code, maintain and improve system reliability through automation, monitoring, and incident response.

• Take ownership of every line of code, ensuring that coding standards and best practices are followed.
• Actively participate in coding.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to implement architectural decisions and ensure alignment with the overall project goals.

Technical Skills:

• Several years of proven experience in web application projects.
• Hands-on experience with Java-based content management systems (CMS).
• Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 and common web security standards.
• Experience with object-oriented programming, preferably Java.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and Test-driven development.
• Experience with cloud, on-premises, and hybrid solutions in complex, agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with security protocols (OAuth2, Basic Auth, SAML, etc.).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
• Solution-oriented and consulting mindset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Excellent at interacting with technical and non-technical teams, including vendors and subject matter experts.
• Capable of managing multiple, changing priorities effectively.
• Experience working in distributed teams.
• Open-minded, positive attitude.
• Self-motivated team player with problem-solving skills.
