As a Demo and Lab Architect at Zscaler you will create our demo and lab environments. You will collaborate with different teams within Zscaler to ensure they have the resources necessary to demonstrate our products to potential customers and partners. Your experience with multiple programming languages will help build and maintain these environments.

The Demo and Lab Architect will work remotely from anywhere in Spain report to the USbased Manager Demos and Labs and have the following responsibilities :

• Environment Development : Building customizing and maintaining demo and lab environments that represent our products and solutions.
• Software Development : Developing scripts utilities and tools to automate environment setup configuration and testing.
• Collaboration : Working with the different teams to understand their needs and provide technical support and solutions to enhance their capabilities; Occasionally engaging with partners and customers to assist with environment setup and answer technical questions.
• Environment Optimization : Improving the performance scalability and efficiency of the demo and lab environments.
• Documentation : Creating documentation for the lab environments including installation guides and troubleshooting resources.

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Scripting and programming skills with the ability to develop scripts and tools.
• Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and adapt to evolving requirements.
• 1 years of experience with networking and cybersecurity products and an interest in learning more.
• Commitment to maintaining a secure and compliant environment.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with automation tools (e.g. Ansible Jenkins GitLab).
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g. Docker VMWare) and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure).
• Experience in creating and managing demo or lab environments.
