• Your role
• As an IT Network Architect your mission will be to evaluate technology, market trends and industry plus identify prospective impact on business by analyzing system requirements, recommending alternative technologies / improvements, leading the design and review of new systems, planning integration and evaluating projects.
• Your main tasks will be :
• Help define the future of the IT strategy by aligning the trends in communications systems within the overall infrastructure ecosystem.
• Participate in the analysis, definition, elaboration, communication and maintenance of communications related standards, processes and integration of multivendor platforms.
• Design and develop infrastructure blueprints for the implementation of new solutions.
• Take an active part in promoting internal collaboration, knowledge sharing and fluent relationship within the global communications community across Santander Group worldwide.
• Drive short & long term architecture strategy for the overall IT project portfolio for key business segments.
• Participate in proof of concepts to assist in defining technology direction and enabling business strategy.

• Virtual networks (SDN, SDWAN), tools and technical components.
• DC and WAN data networks.
• EVPN / BGP / VXLAN / Load Balancer / Firewall.
• Network monitoring and performance.
• English B2.
• Knowledge of infrastructure components (storage, compute, virtualization, resiliency, security,…)
