We are seeking a Senior Paid Social Media Manager (f/m/x) to own and scale our paid social channels, primarily Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process: from ideation and creative briefing to campaign execution, A/B testing, and in-depth data analysis. You’ll have the autonomy to drive channel strategy, maximize ROI, and shape the creative direction of our social advertising.

• Develop and execute paid social strategies across Meta and TikTok, aligning with business goals and audience insights
• Take full creative ownership: ideate, brief, and collaborate with design teams to deliver high-performing ad creatives
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation to optimize creative assets and targeting for maximum ROI
• Analyze campaign data, extract actionable insights, and continuously iterate to improve performance
• Stay ahead of platform trends, new features, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, product, and analytics teams

• 2+ years’ experience in paid social media marketing, with deep expertise in Meta and TikTok
• Proven track record of driving growth and ROI through data-driven campaign management and creative testing
• Strong analytical skills and experience with social ad platforms, tracking, and reporting tools
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate insights into compelling ad concepts
• Experience briefing and collaborating with designers and content creators
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in English and another European language
