Job Description

We are on the lookout for a (Senior) Product Manager - Real Estate to join our Global Product team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

In this role you will lead the digital transformation of how we manage, optimize, and expand our global real estate portfolio. You will own the product vision for managing real estate across all business models, including offices, last-mile delivery hubs, dark kitchens, and other physical locations. Experience with Salesforce/ CRM is a plus as we leverage it to streamline real estate and property management processes globally. Experience in Product Operations, particularly Go-To-Market execution, will be key to ensuring product success and adoption. You will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Expansion, Operations, and other global functions.

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for global real estate digitalization, ensuring alignment with key business, operations, and finance stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Act as the central point of contact for internal customers (Expansion, Finance, Operations, Facilities), gathering and translating their diverse global needs into actionable product requirements while managing complex stakeholder networks.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle by collaborating closely with engineering, data, and design teams to develop and optimize tools and platforms that enhance property acquisition, lease management, space utilization, compliance, and reporting.
• Drive seamless integration of real estate data into financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance processes, leveraging systems like Salesforce to improve data quality and automate workflows in close partnership with the Finance department.
• Develop and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies to ensure successful product adoption, user enablement, and the standardization of real estate processes across all regions.
• Utilize data analytics and insights to evaluate property performance, inform strategic real estate decisions, and continuously monitor product adoption, user feedback, and operational KPIs to drive ongoing enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in real estate, facilities management, or operations-heavy environments.
• Proven track record of delivering digital solutions that support physical asset operations across diverse business models.
• Experience with Salesforce (preferred) or similar enterprise platforms in process automation, CRM, ERP, or asset management contexts.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Finance, Operations, Legal, and Expansion teams.
• Ability to translate complex operational, financial, and compliance needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication (in English; other languages are a plus) and stakeholder management skills across geographies and cultures.
