Who you are
  • You have 5+ years of experience working with product and sales teams to support releases, shape roadmaps, and share competitive insights.
  • You’re interested in (or experienced with) data science, AI/ML, and agentic AI, and committed to upskilling in this area.
  • You write clear, convincing copy for technical audiences, adapting tone for different personas and levels.
  • You’re comfortable using AI tools to scale impact and understand how lead scoring models shape effective content.
  • You create compelling sales decks with positioning that sales can use right away.
  • You thrive in cross-functional teams, balancing competing priorities from product, sales, and marketing.
  • You practice empathy with colleagues and users, and market from a persona-driven perspective.
  • You stay current with industry trends, share opinions on what works in marketing, and give constructive feedback that moves the team forward.
  • You value transparency, kindness, and experimentation. You’re a self-starter who works independently but supports your team.
  • You’re fluent in English with excellent grammar; German is a plus.
That's the job

Your role will focus on messaging, positioning, and bottom-of-funnel content for KNIME Business Hub. You’ll work closely with sales and product teams to launch new features, create decks that improve win rates, gather competitive insights, and refine how we position KNIME Business Hub.

You’ll:

  • Clarify positioning, messaging, and personas with sales, product, and marketing to drive interest and improve win rates.
  • Build and share new messaging, decks, and collateral in coordination with sales enablement.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies and coordinate product and feature launches.
  • Run a win/loss program to surface product needs and improve narratives.
  • Develop bottom-of-funnel assets like success stories, one-pagers, webinars, and comparison pages.
  • Partner with growth marketing on upsell strategies.
  • Coach speakers for webinars and events.
  • Enable partners with tailored content, competitive intelligence, and market insights.
  • Propose new growth opportunities and strategies.
  • Improve feedback loops between sales and marketing.
  • Explore ways to use AI to scale impact and enable team adoption.
