This role reports to the HR Leader International and manages HR functions for the Central & Eastern Europe region, including Germany, Switzerland, Poland, and Russia. It can be based in Germany or Switzerland. The HR Manager acts as the primary HR support to the Business Leader in C&EE, supporting regional growth strategies, including acquisitions and new product launches. The role involves ensuring smooth HR operations, legal compliance, employee engagement, and supporting business initiatives.

Additionally, the HR Manager will lead at least one cross-regional HR project (e.g., I&D, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits) to contribute to the broader HR strategy and visibility.
We seek an HR professional with extensive local HR experience in Germany and Switzerland, ideally with exposure to Eastern Europe and Russia. Fluency in German and English is required. Key skills include operational HR expertise, results orientation, adaptability, process thinking, cross-cultural communication, and relationship building. The candidate should be hands-on, flexible, and capable of managing multiple environments and priorities effectively.
