The People Innovation (HR) Business Partner is responsible for providing a comprehensive, professional and efficient general People Innovation support services. Administering People Innovation policies and programs, balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs. Promote equity, fair treatment and positive employee relations. Provide comprehensive PI support in the area of employee relations, compensation, retention, performance management, conflict management, and leadership. Partner with the Senior People Innovation (HR) Manager and business Operational Leaders to fully understand business issues, and how People Innovation can best support achieving results, including executing People Innovation projects / initiatives and identifying and resolving core challenges in the company. Build relationships for organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Supports and deals with routine employee relations issues and complaints. Regularly discusses difficult or very complex issues to Senior PI Manager as needed. Act as a resource for managers and employees to ensure their understanding and compliance with HR policies and regulations. Keeps management advised of potential problem areas and recommends / implements solutions as appropriate.
- Acts as an advisor to supervisors and managers, ensuring legal compliance and resolution of personnel actions and concerns.
- Partners with employees and management to interpret Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
- Participates in staff meetings and works to expand level of knowledge in all HR disciplines through on-the-job training, in-house training, self-study, and outside training as available.
- Assists employees and managers regarding general issues pertaining to benefits, terminations, policy interpretation, and other HR products and deliverables
- Processes required documents for employee new hire, separations, and changes through Oracle to ensure timely and accurate record keeping.
- Maintains any internal HR databases (i.e., tracking sheets, performance appraisal logs, headcount reporting).
- Completes monthly reporting on-time and accurately, submitting to PI Reporting Team for final review and submission.
- Administrative handling of all individual personnel measures (e.g. by drafting employment contracts, recording additional agreements and / or issuing certificates).
- Cooperation with the local works council.
- Support internal communication processes and contribute to the HR intranet area.
- Assists with communicating changes to employees and conducting employee presentations.
- Analyzes exit interview data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action, continuous improvement and to increase retention rates.
- Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
- Work with Human Resources Manager and other Human Resources personnel to complete projects in other areas of Human Resources as assigned.
- Providing a comprehensive, professional and efficient recruitment service from the initial identification of a vacancy to the hiring of a new employee.
- Initiate implementation and ensure compliance with Percepta's Equality and Diversity Policy.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Recruitment & Selection
Works with Global teams to support the design and development of relevant recruitment solutions that meet operational requirements and are tailored to the role at hand.Develops and maintains relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other local community groups to increase Percepta's visibility for recruitment purposes.Works in partnership with Learning & Development, responsible for guiding new hires and completing all payroll paperwork for new hiresUpdates all recruitment trackers on a weekly basis, which feed into a monthly recruitment report, quarterly exit analysis report, and employee retention report for the EMEA regionUpdate and maintain HR and recruitment campaigns to ensure that all documents are up to date, comply with employment law and follow a consistent approach.Uses Oracle (HRIS) to perform employee data maintenance and setup of new launchers, including HR folders.Attending seminar / recruitment fairs to promote Percepta locally.Remuneration

Developing and maintaining, together with colleagues, the maintenance of legally compliant HR policies, procedures and processesDevelopment of policies and procedures : identifying the opportunities for improvements and updating according to legislation, assessing the effectiveness of the current policies, and recommending and implementing amendments to the policies.Analyse and support employee feedback through the Global Speak Up Survey with leaders and employee forums, working with department heads on improvement and development plans for each department.Support the development, implementation and maintenance of all HR-related training programs.Responsible for the translation of the documents into the appropriate language - German or English.Provision of ad-hoc reports for the relevant departments.Preparation of monthly reports on the statistics of persons.Work on specific projects as needed and in consultation with the Senior PI EMEA Manager.Education3 to 5 years of experience as an HR generalistExperience at expert level in German employment and service lawProfessional user knowledge of the common MS Office products Word, Excel and intermediate in-house recruitment experience.Efficient communication at an excellent level in German and English.Qualifications
Academic Graduation in relevant areas such as human resources, business administration or law.Competencies and Skills
