• Nacelles quality technology expert for welding
• Analyzing complex technical topics and defining mitigations and solutions
• Providing technical support for Nacelles organization, especially for supplier and production quality in qualification processes and technical issues
• Defining acceptance criteria for complex technical applications
• Creating and validating technical and cost improvement ideas considering state-of-the-art and market standards
• Training core competencies within the organization

Passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading change. Candidates should also have:

• Master’s degree in engineering
• At least 4 years of experience as a welding engineer
• Fluent English skills
