Your tasks
Strategic HR consulting and first point of contact for managers for defined global support areas on all HR-related topics.
Advising and supporting management in transformation and change processes with regard to HR-related issues, such as the further development of people, teams and organization.
Actively shaping and developing global HR structures and ensuring efficient, modern and smooth HR processes.
Managing labor law issues, including close, constructive cooperation with the works council.
End-to-end support of the employee life cycle from recruiting and contract drafting to change and separation processes.
Moderation of challenging discussion situations and advice on communication, leadership and cooperation during change phases.
Collaboration on HR projects, including process optimization, cultural development, workforce planning and employer branding.
Promoting a positive corporate culture and increasing employee engagement
Your profile
Completed studies in the field of (business) economics, law, psychology or a comparable qualification related to HR.
Alternatively, completed commercial training with further training as an HR specialist or comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in a generalist HR function or as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an industrial or international environment.
Sound knowledge of labor, collective bargaining and works constitution law as well as experience in working with works councils.
Strong communication skills, empathy and solution orientation as well as confidence in dealing with change and conflict situations.
Very good German and English language skills for working in a global environment.
