Your tasks
  • Strategic HR consulting and first point of contact for managers for defined global support areas on all HR-related topics.
  • Advising and supporting management in transformation and change processes with regard to HR-related issues, such as the further development of people, teams and organization.
  • Actively shaping and developing global HR structures and ensuring efficient, modern and smooth HR processes.
  • Managing labor law issues, including close, constructive cooperation with the works council.
  • End-to-end support of the employee life cycle from recruiting and contract drafting to change and separation processes.
  • Moderation of challenging discussion situations and advice on communication, leadership and cooperation during change phases.
  • Collaboration on HR projects, including process optimization, cultural development, workforce planning and employer branding.
  • Promoting a positive corporate culture and increasing employee engagement
Your profile
  • Completed studies in the field of (business) economics, law, psychology or a comparable qualification related to HR.
  • Alternatively, completed commercial training with further training as an HR specialist or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in a generalist HR function or as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an industrial or international environment.
  • Sound knowledge of labor, collective bargaining and works constitution law as well as experience in working with works councils.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and solution orientation as well as confidence in dealing with change and conflict situations.
  • Very good German and English language skills for working in a global environment.
  • Agile, hands‑on way of working combined with a professional, consultative HR mindset
