We provide our customers with solutions in Business Intelligence, Live Production Accounting, Production Planning, and Remote Data Management—all through an integrated system. Our applications can currently be found running businesses on six continents in over 50 countries. Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, curious, and service-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and brings a strong sense of ownership and accountability to their work.

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of MTech’s software solutions. In addition to project planning, the Project Manager is hands-on in execution— training users, analyzing data, and delivering results. Working closely with clients and internal teams, this role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Manage the scope, schedule, and resources for assigned projects to meet both contractual obligations and customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project and resource allocation plans, and plan, track, and execute all project deliverables using designated project management tools.
  • Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies, escalating critical issues to the Team Lead when necessary.
  • Document project requirements, test cases, and development needs while ensuring clear and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Train and support customers and end users on the use of MTech software, facilitating both on-site and remote training, troubleshooting, and implementation sessions.
  • Lead client discussions to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend appropriate system configurations or customizations.
  • Ensure implementations are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope. Collaborate with the Team Lead to forecast revenue based on project milestones and help ensure financial targets are met.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments, including Development, Professional Services, and Data Science, to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, and lead by example on all assigned projects.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals across the APAC region.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Candidates should have 5–7 years of experience in project management, including hands-on involvement in SaaS and full-cycle software or system implementations.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, systems integration, or enterprise software environments.
  • Experience within agriculture, animal protein, or supply chain industries is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Wrike, Microsoft Project, or DevOps is considered a strong plus.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in German and English.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills in technical environments.
  • High level of customer service and interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn autonomously.
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor others.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
