The impact you’ll have:

• Partner with senior leaders to build high-performing, diverse teams
• Champion the employee journey – from onboarding to offboarding
• Identify and grow top talent through career paths and succession planning
• Position HR as a strategic business enabler – not just a support function
• Drive decisions with people data and insight
• Lead change projects and support organisational transformation
• Collaborate closely with employee reps to shape progressive and balanced outcomes

What we’re looking for:

• A proven HRBP with deep transformation and change experience
• Someone who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments
• Strong stakeholder skills, with the confidence to influence at C-level
• Analytical mindset – able to turn data into action
• Experience working with works councils/employee reps
• Fluent in German & English
