RED Mountain Resort is seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand & Web Manager to lead the creative direction of the resort and its ancillary brands across design, web, and digital marketing. This role is pivotal in shaping RED’s visual identity and digital presence, ensuring brand consistency, guiding cross-medium campaigns, and influencing long-term creative strategies in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Director (SMD).
As the head of RED’s brand and digital creative, you will lead initiatives in design, web, and digital marketing platforms, manage a Graphic Designer, and collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager (SMM). Your leadership will align creative efforts with RED’s business and sales objectives, empower your team, and refine brand direction through insights, analytics, and innovation.

The salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000.
Major Responsibilities
- Brand & Design Leadership
- Guard RED’s brand, ensuring consistent visual and messaging standards across all platforms and departments.
- Provide guidance and feedback to the Graphic Designer to ensure alignment with RED’s brand vision.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, translating ideas into web, email, social, print, and digital activations.
- Oversee logos, merchandise graphics, marketing collateral, signage, and more for all resort departments and ancillary services.
- Website & Digital Management
- Manage all RED Mountain Resort web properties, including major design updates and UX needs.
- Create impactful designs for landing pages and digital ads for campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain website hosting (WPEngine), plugins, and performance.
- Manage RED’s e-commerce storefront for passes and tickets.
- Coordinate with backend developers for website enhancements and API integrations.
- Email Marketing & Automation
- Build, manage, and optimize email campaigns and workflows within the Acoustic platform.
- Work with the Acoustic Platform Client Manager for improvements and troubleshooting.
- Use analytics to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Analytics & Optimization
- Oversee reporting on web traffic, email performance, and campaign results.
- Use data-driven design to refine RED’s digital presence.
- Ensure excellent UX across all digital platforms.
- Collaboration & Project Management
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing on campaigns and brand strategy.
- Manage tasks and deadlines using Wrike.
- Coordinate with department heads to maintain brand presence via the project submission portal.
Key Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education
- University degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial role or similar in brand, web, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, website management, and hosting.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and front-end development principles.
- Experience managing email marketing campaigns, databases, and automation (preferably with Acoustic).
- Strong portfolio showcasing Adobe Creative Suite work, with campaign results being a plus.
