DOING RIGHT BY PEOPLE – IT’S WHAT WE DO Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead will take a data-driven approach to marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and enhance customer experiences across the lifecycle. As the point person for CRM data and intelligence gathering, you will play a critical role in improving Sales & Marketing workflows, tools, and processes. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, CRM, CX, and Business Operations to steward strong marketing data practices, covering attribution strategy, campaign architecture, and audience activation. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-level CRM and marketing automation projects within an advanced Salesforce fintech ecosystem.
