Qualifications

• Experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and gap analysis (MUST HAVE).
• Experience facilitating sessions for requirements discovery (MUST HAVE).
• Led/managed business transformation initiatives, focusing on business architecture (MUST HAVE).
• Knowledge of accessibility compliance requirements (AODA, WCAG 2.1).

Responsibilities

• Support modernization of the Social Assistance reporting platform.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner for backlog management.
• Participate in sprint planning meetings.
