A leading staffing agency in Toronto seeks a Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition for a 12-month contract. You will be responsible for talent attraction strategies, managing recruitment processes, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Bilingualism in French and English is required, along with experience in full-cycle recruitment. The role requires in-person attendance two days a week in the Toronto office.
Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition, 12-month Contract - MUST SPEAK FRENCH
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for identifying talent attraction strategies and supporting managers throughout the recruitment cycle with a view to filling various positions for various sectors. You will play a vital role in finding, attracting and hiring people for various positions.
You are passionate about recruitment and eager to explore creative approaches to recruit exceptional talents for.
You are able to effectively lead full-cycle recruitment processes across Canada while
Relevant experience in talent acquisition and full cycle recruitment
Relevant experience in journalism / Newsroom recruitment
Relevant experience and an expert in recruitment platforms, tools and technologies.
Experience and a passion for fostering EDI as a personal and professional value.
Experience recruiting in a unionized environment
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with various key stakeholders across the organization. You are a sought-after trusted advisor.
Independent, resourceful self-starter with excellent judgment.
Experience managing a high volume of diversified and niche positions.
Ability to demonstrate professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Strong organizational and time management skills and a high degree of adaptability.
Ability to work in a team in a rapidly changing environment.
Bilingualism (French / English) is required.
Sense of negotiation.
Proficiency in Google suite software - an asset.
Proficiency in an applicant tracking system (eg. Workday) - an asset.
Bachelor's degree in human resources or any other relevant field.
Work in-person two days a week in our Toronto office - required
