A leading retail company in Vancouver is looking for a Director of Talent Management. You will lead the Talent Management department, driving effective people decisions and cultivating a high-performing team. Responsibilities include executing talent lifecycle programs and partnering with Talent Acquisition for hiring. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in People & Culture and the ability to inspire and guide teams toward success. This role offers a salary range of $160,000 - $180,000 CAD annually, depending on experience, along with industry-leading benefits and perks.

The typical hiring range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
