This full-time, permanent position requires a minimum of a post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field along with 2-3 years of recruitment and administrative experience. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment workflow, building relationships with management, and providing onboarding for new hires. Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.

The Recruiter is accountable for assisting the Human Resources Team in the recruitment, selection and onboarding process across the organization. The recruiter will also assist in accurate documentation of the onboarding process and recruitment related activities such as training, audits, and various administrative work. Must have a vehicle and able to travel to various sites in the GTA to support recruitment efforts.
