- 10+ years of progressive legal experience in technology, especially in adtech and rewarded advertising
- Proven ability to operate as a strategic business partner, influencing business strategy and making risk‑based judgments
- Expert‑level legal research, writing, and analysis skills
- Subject matter expertise in marketing, advertising, consumer protection, intellectual, and privacy laws applicable to adtech
- Experience in both law firm and in‑house roles with a focus on adtech
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, able to translate legal concepts into plain English
- An educator mindset, prepared to train and develop direct reports
- Willingness to travel up to 10‑20% of the time
