What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Architect and lead scalable legal operations across Product & Privacy, Marketing & Advertising, Commercial, and Corporate Affairs
  • Provide strategic business and legal advice to the Extended Management Team
  • Lead a contracts management program with a balance of strategic oversight and hands‑on execution
  • Establish a regulatory framework for product and marketing, training business teams for rapid decision‑making
  • Manage outside counsel relationships and budgets for optimal resource allocation
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • J.D. or LL.B. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
  • 10+ years of progressive legal experience in technology, especially in adtech and rewarded advertising
  • Proven ability to operate as a strategic business partner, influencing business strategy and making risk‑based judgments
  • Expert‑level legal research, writing, and analysis skills
  • Subject matter expertise in marketing, advertising, consumer protection, intellectual, and privacy laws applicable to adtech
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in both law firm and in‑house roles with a focus on adtech
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, able to translate legal concepts into plain English
  • An educator mindset, prepared to train and develop direct reports
