We are seeking an Associate Director of Quality Assurance to lead and evolve our QA function as we scale DerivativeEDGE, our cloud‑native derivatives platform serving banks, credit unions, investment managers, and corporate treasury teams.
Reporting to the VP of Engineer, this role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Delivery Infrastructure to enable quality as a shared responsibility across the full development lifecycle.
This position requires strong domain experience in derivatives, treasury operations, or capital markets technology, enabling the Associate Director to understand complex hedging workflows, risk management requirements, and the regulatory compliance needs of financial institutions.
You will be responsible for driving quality culture, enabling early testing practices, and ensuring the whole team owns quality outcomes as we deliver sophisticated risk management tools to a broad range of financial organizations.
The expected salary for this position is $140K to $180K CAD and is eligible for a discretionary bonus and equity. We will consider your skills, experience, and location when determining your pay.
