Job summary
A national support organization is seeking a Senior Manager, Military Family Services, located in Oromocto, NB. The role focuses on planning and overseeing the Military Family Services Program, ensuring delivery of essential support to military families. Candidates should have a Master’s degree and experience in community program development. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential. The position is permanent, full-time, with a salary range of $109,210 to $136,550 per annum.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or related field, with several years of experience in non-profit or family resources programs.
- Community program development and implementation, planning and facilitating presentations and workshops.
- Bilingual (English and French) essential; advanced reading, functional writing, and advanced oral skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage implementation and evaluation of key initiatives.
- Oversee activities supporting families through military challenges.
- Liaise with teams to mobilize a network of support for operational readiness.
