A leading AI research firm is seeking a Finance Expert for a remote contract role. You will evaluate various financial models and collaborate with AI teams to enhance performance. Ideal candidates have over 2 years in investment banking or private equity, with skills in Restructuring, PIPE, and IPO modeling. Competitive compensation at $150/hour with a commitment of 20 hours per week.
Qualifications

- Experience in Restructuring & Distressed Investing, PIPE, IPO modeling, or Derivatives.
- Experience in Biotech, Gaming & Lodging, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, or Transportation & Logistics.
Responsibilities

- Review financial strategies and performance.

- Evaluate financial models in Restructuring & Distressed Investing, PIPE, IPO modeling, and Derivatives.
- Review financial strategies in Biotech, Gaming & Lodging, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, and Transportation & Logistics.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance the accuracy of financial model outputs.
- Develop and implement evaluation rubrics for assessing AI-generated financial models.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Must-Have Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in investment banking or private equity.
- Experience in Restructuring & Distressed Investing, PIPE, IPO modeling, or Derivatives.
- Experience in Biotech, Gaming & Lodging, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, or Transportation & Logistics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with AI-generated content in finance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- $150/hour compensation
- Remote work available
