Policy Coordinators: $1,773.75 to $2,919.02 Bi-Weekly
Policy Analysts: $2,262.74 to $3,532.03 Bi-Weekly
Senior Policy Analysts: $2,760.42 to $4,273.75 Bi-Weekly
Based on the employment status and union agreement, the Government of Nova Scotia offers its employees a wide range of benefits such as a Defined Benefit Pension Plan, Health, Dental, Life Insurance, General illness, Short and Long Term Disability, Vacation and Employee and Family Assistance Programs.
These opportunities offer a balanced and supportive working environment with a typical regular work week of 35 hours, and 7-hour days. You will be based in a modern office setting, with some roles requiring occasional travel to project locations and communities throughout the province as required. Work outside normal business hours may be necessary during peak periods or when specific circumstances demand.
