About the Role

Fitzrovia is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead property and corporate level marketing. On the property level, marketing efforts are required from pre-construction to on-going stabilization marketing. Fitzrovia has established a reputation for being innovative and creative from a marketing perspective. The future Marketing Manager will be open to new ideas and have a desire to push industry boundaries and challenge the status quo. It is critical that the future Marketing Manager is passionate, a ‘self-starter’, and relentlessly resourceful - no problem is unsolvable.

The Marketing Manager will collaborate with our development, construction, operations, investments, and accounting teams, gaining exposure to every level of the rental development process. Fitzrovia is an entrepreneurial and innovative organization, making this role well suited for a candidate who is ready to roll up their sleeves, wear multiple hats, and contribute to all aspects of real estate investment and development.

Note: This role is on-site full-time and the successful candidate will be required to work in the office Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the multi-family marketing program across the portfolio
  • Develop strategic plans and campaigns to differentiate planned projects, increase market share, drive property traffic, and maximize revenue
  • Ensure company and property branding standards are consistent across platforms
  • Create marketing budgets for individual assets and monitor marketing spend on monthly variance reports
  • Complete detailed monthly lease-up reports for investors and draw data-driven conclusions and recommendations
  • Manage all third-party marketing vendors and deliverables including photographers, rendering firms, creative agencies, digital advertising firms, and so on
  • Responsible for keeping all deliverables on time, on budget, and providing weekly reports
  • Plan and execute digital and content marketing efforts including email campaigns, blog posts, paid media, SEO, and public relations to drive traffic, generate leads, and elevate property-level and Fitzrovia corporate brand presence
  • Oversee the creation and production of all visual marketing assets such as print materials, signage, renderings, and digital collateral, ensuring consistency with brand standards and alignment with campaign goals
  • Manage creative and messaging, ensuring that all public-facing marketing materials align with the property’s current project stage and effectively speak to the target demographic
  • Track, report, and analyze marketing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM dashboards; adjust campaigns and expenditures based on insights, and present monthly updates to senior leadership with data-driven recommendations
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend new technologies, products, workflows, or services based on qualified research
  • Manage and audit online curb appeal, including online reputation management, Internet Listing Services (ILS), property websites, and social media accounts
  • Work with the social media team to ensure property leasing and marketing goals are met
  • Collaborate with site staff on the rollout of marketing programs, incentives, invoicing, digital collateral, name badges, and maintaining marketing standards
  • Collaborate with the design team on staging amenities and model suites to ensure spaces are photo-ready
  • Maintain marketing assets by filing documents, images, and reports in an organized fashion
  • Other duties as specified by the Director, Marketing or Vice President, Marketing
Qualifications and Experiences
  • University or college degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 4 - 6 years experience in a marketing related role
  • Experience in multi-family marketing is an asset
  • Extremely analytical – drive to be an industry leader and up to date on rental market data and trends
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
  • Flexibility to work additional hours to meet goals and deadlines
