A leading gaming company is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join their Strategic Marketing team. This role, which can be hybrid or remote, is responsible for driving player acquisition and engagement through innovative marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in product marketing, particularly in gaming or digital services, and must be skilled in data-driven decision-making and communication. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of consumer and/or product marketing experience, ideally in gaming, entertainment, or digital services.
  • Proven success running product marketing integrated campaigns under tight deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in setting and optimizing KPIs.
  • Strong project ownership from ideation through execution and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Product Marketing by shaping positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Set KPIs, track performance, and use data insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Partner with teams to connect user acquisition strategies with in-game activations.
  • Maintain clear campaign documentation and streamline workflows.
  • Own creative and copy testing for app stores to drive visibility and conversion.
  • Lead pitches and programs with platform partners.
  • Bridge product and marketing by ensuring a consistent voice and identity.
  • Support the day-to-day marketing relationship with Marvel.
