Job summary
A leading Financial Technology firm is seeking an experienced individual for a key role in Customer Success Management. The position emphasizes support for onboarding new clients and enhancing engagement through strategic initiatives. Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of relevant experience, including leadership in a SaaS environment. This role offers a competitive salary up to $90,000 along with comprehensive benefits in a remote-first work environment across Canada.

- 4-6 years of Customer Success Management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in the USA.
- Strong passion for client success and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding of new clients and foster a highly engaged client base.
- Design, execute, and test effective onboarding strategies to drive client engagement.
- Manage inbound user inquiries via chat, calls, and emails.
