We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive strategic product development across our FinTech data solutions. In this role, you’ll lead a team of product managers to develop and execute a bold product roadmap, balancing user needs, business objectives, and regulatory considerations in a highly dynamic market.
This is a high‑impact, leadership role that requires deep product strategy experience, outstanding cross‑functional collaboration, and a strong grasp of FinTech, lending ecosystems, or automotive digital services. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking and a deep understanding of the complexities of transaction flows, regulatory requirements and the integration of risk solutions into financial products.
What You’ll Do
- Own a major suite of products and define the overall strategy, roadmap, and execution plans.
- Define and evolve the multi‑year product vision and strategy by translating ambiguous business opportunities into clear product strategies; drive alignment across business, customer, and technology perspectives.
- Identify market opportunities and shape product initiatives that accelerate growth, user adoption, and revenue.
- Champion innovation by staying ahead of FinTech, lending, and automotive trends, emerging technologies, and user behavior.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high‑performing team of product managers/owners.
- Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, data‑driven decision‑making, and user‑first thinking.
- Establish best practices for product discovery, delivery, and lifecycle management.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Legal, and Risk/Compliance to ensure product delivery meets customer expectations and business needs.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align product strategy with corporate objectives and represent your product area in executive‑level forums, building buy‑in and confidence across leadership and external partners.
- Prioritize initiatives across multiple business units or customer segments.
- Deeply understand the customer journey—whether consumer, dealer, or lender—and use insights to drive frictionless experiences.
- Lead efforts in user research, testing, and analytics to validate product decisions.
- Own and report on product KPIs and OKRs; continuously iterate to drive measurable outcomes.
- Manage complex product portfolios and balance short‑term delivery with long‑term strategic bets.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian financial regulations and industry standards.
- Share best practices across the PM community and contribute to the culture of innovation and ownership.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of product management experience, including 2–3 years in a lead or managerial capacity, including ownership of complex product suites.
- Proven success in defining and scaling digital products in FinTech, AutoTech, SaaS, or lending environments.
- Strong understanding of financial products, digital lending workflows, or vehicle financing.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional teams in agile environments.
- Ability to balance strategy with hands‑on execution, navigating complex technical and business trade‑offs.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong data‑driven decision‑making.
Additional Assets
- Experience in the Canadian financial services or automotive ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles.
- Previous experience with compliance‑heavy or regulated environments.
