Marketing Manager - Help Build the #1 Training Platform for Home Service Companies

Location: Ontario (Hybrid Remote)

Salary: 55,000 to 60,000 per year plus incentive pay

What You'll Help Companies Achieve

What You'll Actually Do
  • Turn coaching insights and ideas into compelling marketing content
  • Publish content across LinkedIn, email, social media, and our website
  • Create case studies, stories, guides, and lead magnets
  • Repurpose transcripts, wins, and coaching moments into content
  • Work with designers, video editors, and freelancers
  • Build and manage the content calendar
  • Help develop the early versions of our training platform
  • Launch and test campaigns
  • Track performance and report weekly
  • Be a creator, a builder, and a driver of momentum
