About the role:

We are seeking a proficient Paintless Dent Repair Technician to join our service department. This role is crucial for upholding our commitment to quality by performing expert dent removals and maintaining the aesthetic integrity of vehicles.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct detailed assessments of vehicle dents to determine appropriate repair methods
• Remove dents using specialized PDR tools and techniques while preserving the original paint
• Ensure all repairs meet our stringent quality standards
• Manage and maintain personal PDR toolkit in excellent condition
• Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and guidelines

We’re looking for:

• Proven experience in paintless dent repair
• Strong technical knowledge of bodywork and paint maintenance
• Exceptional hand-eye coordination and precision
• Ability and willingness to work independently
• Must own a complete set of PDR tools and equipment
