A leading industrial technology company in Belleville, Ontario is looking for a Production Operator. The role involves working rotating shifts, requiring physical fitness and a high school diploma or relevant experience. Candidates should be able to manage their time effectively and work independently. This position offers an opportunity for skill progression within the manufacturing environment.
Formación
- Must be physically fit with a high school diploma or extensive manufacturing experience.
- Must have excellent time management and communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and manage all required shift rotations.
Responsabilidades
- Candidate will rotate shifts biweekly, working both morning and evening.
- Expected to progress to higher skill levels over time.

Operator Mfg Entry - Canada Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM- 3:30 PM and Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM- 1:30 AM.
Candidate will need to be available to work both shifts (rotating biweekly).
- Physically fit with high school diploma or extensive manufacturing experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment desired, not required
- Must be able to work independently, having excellent time management, and communication skillsMust be able to work all required shift rotations.
- Must enroll in the Canadian Controlled Goods Program
- The successful candidate must be available to work, as needed, on Saturdays, and all shifts.
- The successful applicant will be expected to progress to higher skill levels in a reasonable period of time.
