A recruitment agency in Canada is seeking a skilled technician to install and maintain façade access systems and lifting equipment. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, ensuring safety compliance, and providing customer support. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Qualificações
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance.
- Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read technical drawings and work at heights.
Responsabilidades
- Perform installation and servicing of façade access systems.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Formação académica
Working location: Woodlands
- Perform installation, inspection, servicing, and repair of façade access systems and lifting equipment. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance in accordance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues effectively.
- Prepare detailed service documentation and communicate findings to the After‑Sales and Engineering departments.
- Ensure all on‑site work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Deliver technical support and basic operational training to customers when required.
- Education: Minimum of a Technical Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance, ideally within façade access, lifting systems, or safety equipment; Familiarity with both preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting with solid safety knowledge; able to read technical drawings, communicate well with customers, work at heights, and use MS Office efficiently.
