Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in HVAC equipment in a Class A residential complex.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, push and pull as well as go up and down stairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting tasks in occupied units.
• Clean and repair items in vacant units.
• Maintain common areas and manage garbage.
• Complete monthly inspections and repairs on time.
